Sodapop is an alter we don't see often outside of his job. Where there is Sodapop, there is Sunflower. As such, Soda acts as Sunnys counterpart, being a very laidback guy and all around lovely presence, he's extremely easy to get along with. He has incredible patience and takes charge of situations easily.
True to his name Sodapop has a love of soda, but particularly cherry flavored colas, Soda tends to buy a cherry soda for himself, and an orange soda for Sunny.
Soda has a positive outlook on things, and believes everything eventually falls where it should, therefore he is calm and persistent in his job with handling Sunflower. He has a lot of faith and hope for them.
Soda often gets mistaken for Venice or Nan.

Soda is one of the gatekeepers, but since Venice is too stubborn to let people take over for him, Soda acts more as a backup.
Soda also has spent a lot of his time mentoring Sunflower, and keeping them in check. His primary job is watching and working with Sunflower.
