Viktor, more commonly called "Ruv" (to the point where we forget that's not his government name) is our resident Russian and hibernating bear, he loathes hot weather so much that it's an extremely rare sight to see him from about May-September, he literally hibernates until Leon's birthday (July 31st), and then goes back to his months long nap. He comes around much more frequently in the colder months, and is guaranteed to be around the front when it snows.
Despite his intimidating stature, lack of expressiveness, and few words, Ruv is actually a very warm and caring individual. He loves to laugh, and makes friends easily by just letting people talk. He loves chatterboxes who can carry conversations with little effort from him. He's got a great sense of humor, and is good natured.
Ruv does not fully front in the presence of other people often, as he has a thick Russian accent, and says it sounds fake and kinda dumb when he speaks with the body's mouth. He claims it feels awkward to talk with our mouth, it's uncomfortable.
